SHIPPING POLICY
Our jewellery is made to order and may take around 1 week to make and dispatch. If the item is needed for a specific date, please get in touch and we can see what we can do for you.

Jewellery Kits will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, orders may take longer but we will contact you via email if this is the case.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All NZ orders will be posted by courier to ensure safe delivery. Estimated delivery time is from dispatch (you will receive confirmation of dispatch). For deliveries to rural addresses, please select RURAL DELIVERY at checkout.

Customs, duty, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any items lost via post and a replacement/refund will not be offered.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted if the item arrives faulty, doesn't fit quite right, or you've simply changed your mind. Just get in touch by emailing info@osakanajewellery.com within 14 days of delivery and we'll be sure to sort something out for you.
Personalised or bespoke items can unfortunately not be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
The buyer is responsible for return postage costs (unless faulty). Shipping costs are non-refundable. All returns must be returned unworn/unused, in its original condition.
